What in the Bible does that mean??

Have you ever read passages in the Bible and said, "What in the Bible does that mean?" There are Bible verses we all wish were clarified more

Bible questions we all would like to know

Have you ever read verses or passages in the Bible and then said, “What??? What in the Bible does that mean??”
I was just reading these verses in Matthew 27:50-53 and every time I read them I think, “What?? What would it be like to have a DEAD loved one show up on my door step: what would they say, what would we do??”

“Whoa Granny! You’re lookin’ good for being dead 8 years! What’ve you been up to? Hanging out with Abraham and David? Does Isaiah wear clothes up there, or was that just a no-clothes-phase here on earth? Did you see the living beings that Ezekiel talked about? Are they really like he said?? Did you see Spot…? I’ve always wondered about the whole animals going to heaven thing…”

The questions would be endless.

And most importantly, after they showed up on doorsteps, did they then live out another long, full life? Or when Jesus ascended, did they ascend with him?
How could these important details be left out??
“Then Jesus shouted out again, and he released his spirit. At that moment the curtain in the sanctuary of the Temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. The earth shook, rocks split apart, and tombs opened. The bodies of many godly men and women who had died were raised from the dead. They left the cemetery after Jesus’ resurrection, went into the holy city of Jerusalem, and appeared to many people.” (Matthew 27:50-53 NLT)

What??

Have you done any research on these verses? What do you think?  What are some other verses that puzzle you?

Other puzzling questions I’ve mulled over: Did Adam and Eve Fight? Or, Am I in the will of God?

Let me know what you think!
